PREPARATION BEFORE WE BEGIN:
1) Your Vision of Your Ideal Life
Before we begin the program, you are invited to write down your vision of your ideal life. It can be very simple or more detailed. Choose to be simple if this is your first time creating a vision. What does a fun, joyful, happy, abundant, healthy, and loving life look like for you? Only focus on what you want – NOT what you do not want or what you want to transform.

2) Dieta: Understanding Dieta in Your Star Alchemy Experience
Dieta & Self-Care During Your Cosmic Journey:
The word "dieta" originates from the Quechua language, spoken in Peru and other regions of South America. In Quechua, "dieta" means "path" or "way." While it translates to "diet" in Spanish, "dieta" goes beyond food. It is a sacred shamanic relationship with the spirit, aimed at cleansing the body, mind, heart, and soul from toxins and nutritional burdens in preparation for receiving the cosmic beings that are available to you.
Though it might be challenging to grasp initially, know that your Star Alchemy Experience begins the moment you say YES! This commitment marks the start of your transformative journey.
This dieta or journey of purification might involve safely reducing processed foods, toxic TV, or other numbing activities.
Embrace this path with an open heart, knowing that every step and action you take brings you closer to the divine connection and cosmic wisdom that await you.
Self Care
Self-care is paramount in our sacred journey together. We will activate and strengthen your 12-chakras system and raise your vibration, enabling you to integrate more cosmic energies. As you navigate this cosmic journey, please be attentive to your body and health.
Please start preparing your body and nourishing yourself with extra water and hot herbal tea that supports your well-being. You will experience deep processing and integration, reaching into your cellular and DNA levels. This transformation may take months or even longer as you assimilate the matrices from the stars.
Observe the subtle shifts and changes as they begin to unfold. Embrace the process with patience and grace, knowing that every step brings you closer to the embodiment of your ideal life.
3) Spiritual Preparation for Your Star Alchemy Experience
As you prepare for your Star Alchemy Experience, it is essential to create a sacred space for your journey. Begin to practice mindfulness, journaling, or meditation, even if it's just for a few minutes each day. These moments of stillness will help you attune to the cosmic energies and align with your higher self.
Please consider creating a special altar for the course. This altar can be a place of reflection adorned with items that hold personal significance, such as crystals, candles, or symbols that resonate with your spiritual path. Let this sacred space be your sanctuary, a place where you can connect deeply with the divine and the cosmic beings guiding you.
